Refund & Return Policy
At Australia Pallet Liquidation, we want our customers to purchase with confidence. This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to eligible products purchased through our website. Because we sell liquidation pallets, customer returns, overstock, shelf-pull stock, clearance merchandise, mixed pallets, and bulk wholesale goods, return eligibility may depend on the type and condition of stock purchased.
30-Day Return Period
For eligible products covered by our voluntary return policy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless the goods are defective, incorrectly supplied, materially different from their description, or your rights under applicable Australian law apply.
To qualify for a voluntary return, the goods must:
- Be in substantially the same condition in which they were received
- Include any original packaging, accessories, documentation, or included components where applicable
- Not have been used, altered, resold, dismantled, or damaged after delivery
- Be accompanied by your order number, invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase
Before returning any goods, please contact Australia Pallet Liquidation for approval and return instructions. Goods should not be returned without prior authorisation.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed, or Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise, we may not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Unmanifested or mystery pallets where the variable nature of the contents was disclosed before purchase
- Mixed-condition customer-return pallets sold with their condition clearly stated
- Clearance, closeout, or final-sale merchandise where permitted by law
- Custom-prepared or specially sourced wholesale orders
- Goods purchased in bulk and subsequently separated, resold, altered, or distributed
- Products damaged through improper handling, storage, transportation, installation, or use after delivery
- Goods with missing items where the pallet was clearly sold as unmanifested or with approximate quantities
- Perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise restricted products where applicable
Nothing in this section removes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Partial Refunds
Where a voluntary return is accepted, a partial refund may be considered if:
- Products show signs of use or handling beyond reasonable inspection
- Items, accessories, packaging, or documentation are missing
- Goods have been damaged after delivery for reasons not caused by Australia Pallet Liquidation or the freight carrier
- A pallet has been opened, separated, repacked, or partially resold
- A return is requested outside the standard return period and we voluntarily agree to accept it
Any applicable deduction will be based on the reduction in value of the returned goods and will be communicated to the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact Australia Pallet Liquidation promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or supporting documentation where appropriate.
Where applicable, a suitable remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
For liquidation, customer-return, shelf-pull, open-box, or mixed-condition stock, issues that were clearly disclosed in the product description before purchase will not normally be treated as undisclosed defects.
Refund Procedure
Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, we will advise you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method or another method agreed with the customer. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original delivery or freight charges will be refunded where required by applicable law. Optional services, special freight arrangements, upgraded delivery services, handling fees, or other additional services may not be refundable where legally permitted.
If an approved refund has not appeared after confirmation, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the refund remains outstanding, contact Australia Pallet Liquidation through our customer-support channels.
Exchanges and Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or exchange for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible for a remedy.
Replacement stock is subject to availability. Because liquidation inventory changes frequently, an identical replacement may not always be available. Where this occurs, another appropriate remedy may be offered in accordance with applicable law.
Sale, Clearance and Promotional Items
Discounted, promotional, clearance, and sale products remain subject to any consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law.
A discount, promotional code, sale price, clearance label, or reduced price does not remove any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Change-of-mind returns for clearance or final-sale liquidation stock may be restricted where this is clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.
Return Shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns under our voluntary return policy, the customer may be responsible for return freight and transportation costs unless otherwise agreed.
Where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer guarantees, responsibility for reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Because pallets and wholesale shipments can be large and heavy, customers must not arrange return freight until return instructions have been confirmed by Australia Pallet Liquidation.
We recommend using suitable commercial freight services, appropriate pallet wrapping, secure packaging, and tracking for valuable or bulk returns.

Please contact Australia Pallet Liquidation before returning any goods so that the correct return location and freight instructions can be provided.
Bulk, Mixed and Liquidation Pallets
Liquidation merchandise may consist of customer returns, shelf-pulls, excess inventory, overstock, clearance stock, open-box goods, or mixed-condition merchandise.
Where a pallet is sold as unmanifested, mixed-condition, customer-return, assorted, or mystery stock, the customer acknowledges that product assortment, brands, models, packaging, cosmetic condition, and quantities may vary within the limits described in the listing.
These normal disclosed characteristics are not, by themselves, grounds for a return. However, nothing in this policy limits any consumer guarantee or legal remedy that applies to the transaction.
Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns and Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right, guarantee, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where consumer guarantees apply and goods have a major or minor failure, customers may be entitled to remedies available under Australian law, depending on the circumstances.
