Terms And Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Australia Pallet Liquidation. By accessing our website, purchasing liquidation pallets, wholesale stock, customer returns, overstock, clearance merchandise, or related products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order, making a payment, or arranging collection or delivery.
Products and Services
Australia Pallet Liquidation sells wholesale liquidation pallets, customer returns, overstock inventory, shelf-pull merchandise, clearance stock, mixed pallets, and bulk goods for resellers, retailers, online sellers, market traders, and other businesses across Australia.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, quantities, conditions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, liquidation inventory can change quickly, and actual pallet contents, packaging, colours, models, quantities, or product condition may vary where this is clearly stated in the relevant listing. Product images may also be representative of the type of stock available rather than an exact guarantee of every individual item contained in a pallet.
Because liquidation merchandise may include customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls, open-box goods, clearance inventory, and mixed-condition products, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and available condition information before purchasing. Where manifests, testing information, or specific product details are provided, these form part of the applicable listing.
Additional services, including freight, pallet preparation, loading, delivery, special handling, or bulk-order arrangements, may be subject to separate charges and conditions. Delivery costs may depend on the destination, pallet size, weight, quantity, and unloading requirements.
A purchase or wholesale order is confirmed only after Australia Pallet Liquidation accepts the order and any required payment or deposit has been received. Stock is not considered reserved until confirmation has been provided.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Australia Pallet Liquidation website are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, freight charges, pallet-handling fees, delivery costs, or other additional expenses will be clearly shown or communicated before an order is confirmed.
Product prices may change without prior notice due to changing liquidation inventory, supplier costs, stock availability, freight conditions, and market demand. However, once an order has been accepted and confirmed, the customer will remain subject to the price stated in the accepted invoice, quotation, or order confirmation.
Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required to secure a pallet, wholesale lot, or bulk order. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule and before goods are dispatched, collected, or released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments must be made using one of the payment methods offered by Australia Pallet Liquidation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. An order is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and acknowledged.
Shipping and Delivery
Australia Pallet Liquidation delivers wholesale liquidation pallets, customer returns, overstock inventory, clearance merchandise, shelf-pull stock, mixed pallets, and bulk wholesale goods throughout Australia and, where available, to selected international destinations. Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination, pallet dimensions, weight, quantity, freight requirements, and the type of delivery service requested.
Estimated delivery times will be provided when an order is confirmed. These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote-area access, freight-network disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and any information required for safe unloading. An authorised person should be available to receive and inspect the shipment where necessary. Any visible damage, missing pallets, or obvious transport issues should be reported as soon as possible and documented with the carrier where applicable.
Freight, loading, unloading, tail-lift service, depot collection, residential delivery, address changes, urgent delivery, or special handling may attract additional charges. Any extra costs will be communicated where applicable before the relevant service is arranged.
For current freight options and delivery enquiries, please review our delivery information or contact Australia Pallet Liquidation before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Customers purchasing eligible goods from Australia Pallet Liquidation are protected by rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Unlike some jurisdictions, Australian law does not generally require a business to provide a refund simply because a customer changes their mind, unless the business has offered a specific change-of-mind policy. ACCC
Because our inventory may include liquidation stock, customer returns, shelf-pulls, clearance merchandise, overstock, open-box products, and mixed-condition goods, customers should carefully review the relevant product description, condition information, photographs, and any available manifest before purchasing. Where a particular fault, condition issue, or product characteristic has been clearly disclosed before purchase, this may affect the remedies available for that specific issue. ACCC
If goods supplied by Australia Pallet Liquidation fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the problem, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law. For a major problem with goods, consumers may have the right to choose between a refund and replacement. ACCC
Customers requesting a return or remedy should contact Australia Pallet Liquidation as soon as reasonably possible and provide their order information together with clear details of the issue. Photographs, delivery documentation, packaging information, or other supporting evidence may be requested where necessary to assess the claim.
Where a discretionary return is accepted for reasons unrelated to a fault or failure covered by consumer law, the goods must generally be returned in the agreed condition, securely packaged, and with any supplied accessories, documentation, or packaging where applicable. Any return freight, handling charges, restocking conditions, or other requirements will be communicated before the return is authorised.
Any approved refund will be processed using the agreed payment method or another appropriate method arranged with the customer. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the circumstances of the return.
Nothing in this Returns and Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically where applicable and cannot be removed simply through store policies or terms and conditions. ACCC

Limitation of Liability
Australia Pallet Liquidation will provide its products, wholesale orders, pallet preparation, freight coordination, and related services with reasonable care and in accordance with the confirmed order, invoice, quotation, or other agreed terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Australia Pallet Liquidation will not be responsible for losses resulting from:
- Improper handling, storage, resale, modification, installation, or use of products after delivery or collection;
- Failure to follow any product information, handling instructions, safety guidance, or manufacturer recommendations;
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery, billing, unloading, access, or order information provided by the customer;
- Delays, interruptions, loss, or damage caused by freight carriers, suppliers, weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
- Damage occurring after goods have been successfully delivered, collected, unloaded, or otherwise transferred to the customer;
- Differences in packaging, assortment, colour, model, condition, or quantity where such variations were clearly disclosed as part of a mixed, liquidation, customer-return, shelf-pull, overstock, or unmanifested lot.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, condition information, photographs, manifests where provided, and delivery requirements before completing a purchase. Customers must also ensure that appropriate access, unloading facilities, storage space, equipment, and personnel are available to safely receive and handle pallets or bulk shipments.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable Australian law. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any agreement entered into with Australia Pallet Liquidation, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia and, where applicable, the laws of the Australian state or territory relevant to the transaction.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication and good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate court, tribunal, consumer authority, or dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights, guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where a customer is located outside Australia, these Terms will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law, but nothing in them is intended to remove any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
